15/16 - June - 2015. - On Our Way To Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada - 2015.
Canada - 2015. - Monday 15th June. - Today not a very eventful day, as today all we had to do was travel north on our way to Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. We broke our journey for an overnight stay @ The Hampton Inn, Kamloops, BC, Canada. On our way up to Kamloops we stopped off for breakfast at The Loose Caboose Café, Chilliwack, BC, we had a beautiful breakfast, and a good old chinwag with the owner "Bruce" who came to Canada in 2009 from his home country in South Korea. Once we got back on the road, we arrived at our hotel in Kamloops, BC at around 12:00 noon. This day was a more relaxing day with nothing to see on our travels. We got caught up with our laundry, then out for dinner & quench at Original Joe's Bar here in Kamloops, we got a big plate of food for our money. So tonight over a couple of beers we are working out our travel and photography itinerary for tomorrow.
Canada - 2015. -Tuesday 16th June. - Today we got on our way to Jasper National Park at 07:20 am this morning. We lost 1 hour with time change to mountain time. Arriving here at our hotel The Best Western Jasper Inn & Suites at around 15:00 hrs local time. But on the way of we periodically stopped for photo opportunities when we could. There was some fantastic sights on the way up here, tomorrow is the big day when we actually tour around Jasper National Park, it's massive so will have to plan carefully to get the best out of the day. One of the awesome sights we came across on the way up here to Jasper National Park, BC, Canada, are from Mount Robson, BC, Canada. Looking at the mountain range of The Rockies on our travels, they still had a good covering of snow, especially Mount Robson. The town of Jasper, within the park, is surrounded by snow capped mountains, which is part of The Rocky Mountain Range, which makes for a beautiful area to spend a couple of days. We had dinner and couple of beers to end the day.
