After a full day at sea, and overnight sailing, we arrived in Cartagena, Colombia, after breakfast we had a tour around Cartagena, we picked this tour up ourselves from a local taxi driver, Cartagena is a port city on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. By the sea is the walled Old Town, founded in the 16th century, with squares, cobblestone streets and colourful colonial buildings.
We visited the bird sanctuary, at the Port of Cartagena, this was beautiful and “Free” We spent an hour at the port at this Bird Sanctuary! We saw so many amazing colourful birds! Peacocks, Parrots, & Toucans.
After visiting Cartagena, is was back to our ship, for a couple of beers, relax, then ready for an evening on board.
