Friday 13/October – 2017.  The Sacred Valley Of The Incas, Peru - 2017. - Up early this morning, shower then breakfast before setting out for our second visit into The Sacred Valley Of The Incas.

Today our first stop within The Sacred Valley was at Maras, which is visit to the terraced salt pans of Maras, this is a very beautiful sight to see. After this we visited The Andean community of Misminay, when we arrived, we were met by local villagers, who played their musical instruments while welcoming us to their community. We had a traditional lunch, followed by a demonstration of ancient agricultural techniques dating back to the time of The Incas. And to finish this off, we ended up dancing with these fantastic local villagers.

After this we continued on to Moray, overlooking the Sacred Valley. The huge circular terraces were used by the Incas as an agricultural experimental centre, with each terrace at a different height having a different temperature at each height.

After this it was back to our hotel in The Sacred Valley, it was dinner & couple of beers, then chilling out, before a nice shower, then bed, after another tiring but great day. Our Fifth Day Here In Peru Was Tiring But Another Great Day On This Tour.
