Amble To Hauxley Walk, Northumberland, UK – 2021.

Today we had our weekly walk, myself and friend Ray, we went to Amble, Northumberland. “This walk took us around 2 hrs:30 minutes" and was about 6 mile round trip. It was cold and very windy today walking.
Once we arrived and parked our car, we set off on our walk up past Amble Marina, and on through the grasslands and sand dunes towards Hauxley. We could only get onto the beach for about 5 minutes as the tide was in. While we were walking, we bumped into some friends who were also out walking, we had a quick chat and a few photos before going our separate ways. After we arrived at Hauxley, we made our way back to our car at Amble Marina, we walked back along the grasslands and up on the sand dunes, on this very cold spring day here on the Northumberland Coast.
Another Great Walk. Once we finished our walk, it was into the car & back home again. Just to think, only about 34 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 50-minute drive.
