Thursday 07/November - 2019.North Shields To Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, UK - 2019.
As part of our Old Lads & Lasses weekly walks myself, and 3 friends, John Moore, Maureen Finlay & John Finlay, walked from North Shields, Tynemouth, Cullercoats & Whitley Bay and back again.
The weather was pretty windy and freezing, very windy but dry, with beautiful cloudy blue sky’s but creating a very moody backdrop to our walk. We spent around 2 & half hours here walking from North Shields To Whitley Bay & Back, about 7 and half miles, on this beautiful but freezing & windy seafront walk.
I always take my little Lumix TZ40 camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 14 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 45 minute drive.
