Thursday 03/October – 2019.Druridge Bay Country Park, Northumberland, UK – 2019.

As part of our weekly walks myself, and 2 friends, Maureen Finlay & John Finlay, set out on our walk on from Druridge Bay Country Park, Northumberland. We spent around 2 & Half hours here walking on a round trip route from Druridge Bay Country Park, & back again, up along Druridge Bay Beach, then into Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre, before turning back.

We stopped off for coffee and scones at Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre, before setting off back towards our car, then off back home. This was such a beautiful day, sunny, warm, no wind, but on our way back towards Druridge Bay, the temperatures dropped. What a beautiful beach up here in Northumberland, Druridge Bay Beach is a magnificent seven mile-stretch of beach and has several nature reserves tucked behind its dunes, as well as a beautiful country park. These are so beautiful areas and walks within Northumberland.

I always take my little Lumix camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 32 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 45 minute drive. "Another Great Walk On This Beautiful Autumn Day"
