Thursday 11/April – 2019.Amble To Hauxley, Northumberland, UK – 2019.

Today (11/April - 2019) we had our weekly "Old Men's Walk & The Lasses" - Myself and 2 friends, John Finlay & Maureen Finlay, we went to Amble, Northumberland. “This walk took us around 2 hrs:45 minutes". Once we arrived and parked our car, we set off on our walk up past Amble Marina, and on through the grassland’s and onto the beach towards Hauxley. We stopped off at Hauxley Nature Reserve Visitors Centre for coffee and tea.

After we finished in the visitors centre, we made our way back to our car at Amble Marina, we walked back along the beach on this beautiful bright, fresh spring day. Another Great Walk. Once we finished our walk, it was into the car & back home again. I always take my little Lumix camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 34 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 43-minute drive.
