Thursday 06/September – 2018. Morpeth, Northumberland, UK – 2018.
We had our weekly "Old Men's Walk & Lasses Walk " - Myself and 4 friends (John Finlay, Maureen Finlay, Eddy Forster, Tony Tweddle), we went to Morpeth, Northumberland.
We had a great walk today around the countryside in Morpeth, through Middle Greens, Tommy’s Field, Bluebell Woods, Whorral Bank & along the banks of the River Wansbeck. This walk took us through some beautiful countryside, on this beautiful day, we spent around 2 & Half hours walking. Once we got back into Morpeth town centre, it was into the car and back home.
"Another Great Walk On This Beautiful Sunny Day" I always take my little Lumix camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 19 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 30 minute drive.
