Friday 18/August – 2017.   Elsdon, Northumberland, UK - 2017.

As part of our weekly Friday breakfast run outs, myself and friends John Moore & John MacPhail, set out up to the beautiful village of Elsdon, Northumberland. We spent around 2 hours here in total, walking between having breakfast and looking around this beautiful little village of Elsdon. Today while out on our usual Friday breakfast run, with my two friends John MacPhail & John Moore, we had a drive up into the beautiful Northumberland Countryside, and called into the very quaint Elsdon Cyclists Café, had a great pot of coffee and beautiful Sausage Sandwich, the owner of the café came out and had a good old chat with us. This place is very friendly, with great food and good prices, a great stopping off point for cyclist and basically anyone who wants to drop in. Great selection of cycling memorabilia.Today while out on our usual Friday breakfast run, with my two friends John MacPhail & John Moore, we had a drive up into the beautiful Northumberland Countryside, and called into the very quaint Elsdon Cyclists Café, had a great pot of coffee and beautiful Sausage Sandwich, the owner of the café came out and had a good old chat with us. Continuing our journey home we briefly stopped off roadside for a quick photo of Wallington Hall and The Four Dragons Heads at Cambo, Northumberland. I always take my little Lumix camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 35 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 45-minute drive.
