Thursday 17/August – 2017. Amble To Hauxley, Northumberland, UK - 2017.
As part of our weekly walks myself, and friends, Tony Tweddle, Ray Pallan & John Finlay, set out on our walk from Amble to Hauxley, Northumberland. We spent around 3 hours here in total, walking between Amble & Hauxley. On our way looking around the small fishing village of Amble. Then heading a short walk outside the village, took one of the beautiful country walks along the beautiful coastline, along the beautiful sand dunes, which was an excellent place to get some good photos of this beautiful area.
We eventually came into Low Hauxley, we took the opportunity to spend around 20 minutes resting our legs on the village seat, before continuing into the Hauxley Nature Reserve, for a look around this very beautiful National Trust Area. Amble & Hauxley are beautiful little villages in Northumberland.
I always take my little Lumix camera with me, just to record our walks by taken photos while on the move. Just to think, only about 35 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 45-minute drive. Once we get there, we park the car and set off on our walk, always ending our walk with a beautiful pint of shandy in a local pub, along with a snack
