Thursday 13/August - 2015 - Thursday 20/August - 2015 - Friday 21/August - 2015. Waskerley Way, County Durham, UK - 2015.

As Part Of Our Weekly Local Countryside Walks.

Three fantastic days out with my friends, Ray, Tony & Graham, including John Moore, on 1 walk.We spent around 2 hours each walking around the beautiful Waskerley Way and The Lanchester Valley both in County Durham, the scenery is so beautiful. Also myself and friend John Moore, had a coffee at Hownsgill Tearooms in Consett, County Durham, before having an hour walk around Hownsgill Viaduct Area.

The scenery is so beautiful here in County Durham. Just to think, only about 25 miles from my home I can be into some beautiful countryside, within around a 40 minute drive. Once we get there, we park the car and set off on our walk, always ending our walk with a sandwich and coffee, followed by a nice pint of real ale at local pub.
