Today we had a good start by having a nice cooked breakfast at our hotel, The Thistle Hotel, Euston. After breakfast we packed up our luggage and left this in the left luggage room at our hotel.
As I was not feeling very well today, what we did rather than travel through to Greenwich as planned, we would just have ourselves a walk, passing the day away, as our train back up to Newcastle was at around, 16:45.
We had a good walk up and into Regents Park, a nice relaxing morning into this beautiful Royal Park. When we came out of the park, we visited St John's Wood, then it was off to Abbey Road, we got our photo taken on "The Abbey Road, Zebra Crossing, Which Was Made Famous By The Beatles, As A Cover Image For Their Abbey Road Album. We also checked out The Abbey Road Studios.
We stopped off in St John's Wood for coffee, before heading back through Regents Park, then making our way for lunch at The Crown & Anchor, on Drummond Street, we had a beautiful Sunday Lunch and couple of beers.
We then made our way back to our hotel, collecting our luggage, then making our way to Kings Cross for our train back up to Newcastle on Tyne.
