Today we had a good start by having a nice cooked breakfast at our hotel, The President Hotel. As this was our last day, we got a good start after breakfast, the number 49 bus to The Imperial War Museum, this had a Weeping Window of Poppies display on the outside of the museum.
We had a good look around here over 3 hours, but to be honest, if you wanted to see everything and read everything, it would take some time looking around The Imperial War Museum. Once we finished in the museum, we headed back up towards our hotel, stopping off at The Swan Pub on Cosmo Place at Bloomsbury, for food and a pint, before collecting our luggage from the hotel, and making our way to Kings Cross for our train back to Newcastle, this was at 4:30 pm, as it was a half hour late.
