From Wednesday 09/November 2016 To Friday 11/November 2016. London, UK - 2016.

Today we had a good start by having a nice cooked breakfast at our hotel, The Tavistock Hotel, Tavistock Place. After breakfast we made our way towards the train station at Bank, for our visit to Greenwich. We took the DLR Train at a cost of £4.80 adult (One Way), it took us around 23 minutes. Once we arrived at Greenwich we visited The Cutty Sark a restored 19th-century ship, also The National Maritime Museum, and the beautiful buildings of the Old Royal Naval College. I highly recommend anyone visiting London, to come up to and visit Greenwich.

But one thing does stand out, was when we visited the Yacht Pub, and surprise – surprise, the first person we met when we went through the door of this beautiful pub, was the manageress “Paula” and the lovely young lady who works behind the bar. Well Paula is a friend of mine, going back to the days when I worked as a doorman @: The Old George, in Newcastle upon Tyne. “Big Hugs & Kisses From Paula”. If any of my friends are in London on a visit, I do recommend Greenwich, it is so beautiful. And if you do get to Greenwich, try the beautiful pub, The Yacht, and say hi to Paula & The Staff. The views from this beautiful pub are brilliant.

Thames Clippers Service £6.50 adult (One Way) , From Greenwich To Central London “Embankment”, Taken In The Great Views Along The Thames On Our Way Back. Once we arrived back in Central London, we stopped off at The Sherlock Holmes Pub, in Northumberland Street, St James, we had a beautiful pint here. After arriving back at our hotel, time to chill out before going to the Amarcord Italian Restaurant at Southampton Row, for dinner, we had a beautiful meal. After our meal we went around a few pubs for couple of beers, before heading back to our hotel, for a couple of more beers, before going to bed.

Today We Had A Great Day.
